Wifi turn off by him slef after installing the finless 1.6

I have MK-808 and i did install finless 1.6 The software working just right
At the beginning i thought it's software problem but i did try install the finless 1.5 1.7 and 1.6 but still i have the same problem
Every time i try to turn the WIFI on then it turn off by him self and say error
Please help any software that will help me to reinstall the original software

No it's not a faulty box but i think it's the software, because i used my brother one and i did intsall the same software did the same think
we need some help over here
i did try to instal a few software but didn't work now i have problem with 2 mk808 one for me and the other one for my brother

wifi switching OFF within seconds of turning it ON seems to be a common problem with mk808/mk808B. I too have a similar problem and there seems to no solution. Alternative is to buy an usb to ethernet coverter which works out of the box in most cases. 2nd alternative is buy a wifi dongle. There are threads on this forum discussing drivers and how to get the dongle working.

Ok... sorted my problem. Hadn't realized my mk808 was bluetooth version. Installed Finnless 1.7 rom for mk808b and all works! Duh.......

Anytime wifi does that it's because you flashed the wrong ROM.
There are many MK808 clones out there so do your research in the MK808 section and figure out what you have!

Hi Bob,

I have the RK 903 wifi Chipset MK808B with Bluetooth. I have flashed it with Your ROM Vers 2.1. Wifi still does not work but then it stopped working when I was using the original ROM which came with the stick.

Thanks for the last reply but seems getting to hard to find the right link for my MK808 is RK30 device so far and i have no idea how can i figure out which is the right one
