CX-919 keeps rebooting on different TV

I hope somebody can help me with that...
I have CX-919 running pureX KitKat v1.1 (the one up at the stickies). I was working wonderfully for month without any problems. Now I wanted to give it to a friend, but it keeps constantly rebooting...
I connect it to his Sony TV, it boots up and most of the times reboots before even displaying the desktop. Sometimes it fully boots, but after some clicks it reboots again.
Then I connect it back to my Philips TV, everthing works fine - no reboots. It even reflahed it with the same ROM, different ROMs, different kernels - same effect.
I tried different USB cables, with or without charger - makes no difference. Could it be a HDMI problem? It is set on 1080p-60, there's no auto-detect option.
