why you would do that
minix u1 don't have any tuner
anyway there is a tvheadend binary on the forum somewhere that could work but the problem is you have to compile the DVB drivers of the USB TUNER with the kernel and insert it as external module using modprobe to get it work
another solution that I never tried is using linux deploy to install ubuntu on chroot environrment you could just install your linux drivers and build tvheadend from the source, in these environement tvheadend worked for me like a charm but a did have a usb tuner, I don't know if it should work or not
