Hardware Video Decoding on Linux for Firefly-RK3288(Open Source)

This is a great achievement.
It opens the way for video hardware decoding in MPlayer, VLC, Kodi, Chromium, basically any Linux app that uses ffmpeg.
Maybe even 1080p Netflix in a browser.
