Just send the seller a message and ask you want to buy their $99(Airmail) or $110(with DHL shipping) RK3368 box, not currently on their website.
    http://www.aliexpress.com/store/prod...460234495.html
then they can arrange for you.
    Also for a discount - http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-...l-for-sep-2015
I already made a custom ROM for the device and it runs very well.

The RK3368 is very good for video playback.
But the RK3288 is more expensive because of the faster GPU for gaming and dual-boot Linux firmware and little faster CPU.
You can look at these to compare with the previous box, the previous discount message and gifts is about $12, so it's about $128 after that.
You can also arrange to ship with airmail instead of DHL to reduce costs.

There are some cheaper ones from other manufacturers, but then you don't get firmware updates or s decent heatsink, and it will have slower RAM that cause stuttering in video playback.

There are some but not good ones.
They have stuttering video playback, no firmware updates, no heatsink, slow RAM, slow EMMC storage, so you get what you pay for.

You can get a Tronsmart, but if you read on their forums lots of people complain about stuttering and they don't release new firmware to fix bugs like to make Netflix work etc.
Support is very important when getting a tv box, price is the second thing you have to look at.
But you can always get a cheap device and upgrade in a few weeks again to something else.

                            Hi guys,

Some posts look very close to advertising, but I see under this topic it is not easy to keep it straight.

                            So please be careful.

Have you had a look at the MXIII-G/MXIII Plus? This is one of the most popular machines on FreakTab and sells for <$60. Firmware versions are available for KitKat, Lollipop and OpenELEC.

Here are some reviews from two FreakTab regulars ...

I have the older S802 MXIII M82 and it has been working reliably for more than a year. I am using an AF106 airmouse (<$9) as a cheap wireless joystick to play 3D accelerometer/gyroscope games such as Riptide GP 2, Beach Buggy Racing and various 3D balancing games such as Rolling Seed and Labyrinth 2 Lite etc. I have also bought some red/cyan glasses to watch various 3D movies and LG Cinema 3D demos on a standard HDTV and I have been very impressed with the results. There is not much difference between this cheap media player and an expensive active or passive 3D TV set.
