beelink x2 problem

X2 when turns on, just comes up google tv and nothing else happens just stays on screen. Any ideas?

Try to remove any usb device and power on again.

I got same issue with a usb mouse wireless.

Tried removing my wireless mouse receiver and still same problem occurred.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Hey. I would try to reflash the firmware. It's very easy and on this board you can find at least 3 firmwares. If this doesn't work so far I think only warranty.
