any recommendation for a tablet which can work as a Tv box as well?

I have send my pipo x9 to my cousin as a present, and I would like to buy a budget one, MTK chipset is fine, any good recommendation?

almost every MTK tablet doesn't have HDMI port, so I would go for another device....

I received a onda v820w dual OS: it has a HDMI port, it's very fast, can playback 4K movies. It's extremely interesting for the price (75-80€).
I will post a complete review very soon (a couple of days)
