    No Command and nothing works.

    So, my "X9 Talk" goes to "no command". And dont take the factory reeset or nothing. Looked at the youtube tutorials and the problem is.. i cant create the files that i need becus it stuck on "no command".
    cant get my IMEI number and cant do backup files. is there a way to get a ROM in to the tablet and get it running again?
