Ideas for mk908 video stuttering fix

I´m not a software programmer or anything like that. I fix computers and small electronics for a living so there´s a lot of things I have learned to do over the years but programming is not one of them. My question is this:

Could someone possibly write an app that turns the cursor invisible and simulates constant movement after say 5 seconds? Even maybe in like a 10x10 pixel grid so that when you went back to use the mouse the cursor wouldn´t be too terribly far from where you left it...?

I´m just thinking we could work around this problem with some sort of helper app.. my galaxy live wallpaper runs so smooth it´s like butter, but videos still have that horrible jerky effect. Maybe mouse movement isn´t the only thing that would make it constantly refresh the hdmi output during video playback, but it´s the only thing I´ve noticed so far that does.

I´m just throwing it out there in case anyone has an idea how to make this happen, or a better idea would be great too!
If my work benefits you and you want to help out the cause, feel free to

Ive been reading about this jitter problem, and how constant mouse movement resolves the issue. I like your though process on coming to an easy solution for this obvious software related issue. The only thing that comes to mind is the bar at the bottom not automatically disappearing becuase the mouse would be " simulated " constantly, thus keeping the bar. Just a thought, either way this may be the fix we were all looking for!

The whole ui is jittery, not just video playback. Moving the mouse rapidly for me during playback only locks the device up temporarily, it offers me no increased smoothness in playback. Once they resolve the whole ui lagging video should be fixed by itself, at least hopefully

This sounds very different from what everyone else has reported concerning video playback. I think something else is going on with your unit.

The rest of us see fluid playback when the mouse is moving and roughly 12-15 fps when it isn't. What will it take to fix this? Who knows, but I hope it happens soon, because this is issue #1 in my opinion.

Yeah my mk908 actually works great for everything but fluid video playback. The UI is snappy and responsive.

Oh and in netflix I don´t believe the bar will come back until you actually click.. I´d even take having to see the cursor and have it move around a 5x5 grid and just throw it in the bottom corner when I start a video..

edit: and of course, maybe the mouse cursor isn´t the way to go.. I´m just trying to start a brainstorm session. If i could program, I´d already be trying to write something.

I agree with TRJEPP, my ui is smooth even on the 1080 rom. Its video playback that gets choppy.

Yes, I totally agree with all comments in this thread. Video statter is terrible. The only player I found on Google play store that will play videos without stutter is "GPlayer (Super Video Floating)". It should work fine on latest 4.2 rom. Let me know if it works for you.

Tested and videos played with Archos stutters.

                    Could anyone try with Gplayer?

Plex works perfectly for me. I tried g player and its fine in a window but stutters in full screen like all the rest.
