I had this device but was struggling to find support for rooting it anywhere, so i bit the bullet and tried the root method for the Sumvision Cyclone Android X4. It worked

To get the device into recovery I followed the slightly modified instructions from the official support page for the Sumvision Cyclone Android X4
1. place the zip file in the root directory of an sd card (make sure it's Fat32 formatted), insert in device
2. plug in the power cable and the keep pressing the menu button on the remote until you reach the recovery screen
3. choose install from sd card and select the zip
This instructions worked to get root. But for the life of me I cant get custom recovery to work. Basically I have 3 questions
Q1 Can someone show me a compatible custom recovery, twrp or clockworkmod and how to successfully install it onto the Sumvision Cyclone Android X4 bluetooth edition
I tried to follow these instructions but no success

Step 5 could not be followed exactly as the device has no reset button but had to use the power cable and menu button press method
Step 6 simply did not happen , the device boots into stock recovery and nothing
Q2 Is there any other method, like a flashable zip method? Right now I have resorted to use Nandroid Backup and Nandroid Manager to make and manage backups of the device
Q3 Also is it safe and or stable to install Xposed Frameworks and modules?
