    geekbuying replacement rma's

    How good is geekbuying on replacements? My t428 is dead! Doesn't power up anymore. Stock power supply led blinks a few times, t428 led does not light up anymore.

    Have you tried another power supply? If that is all that is bad it would be worthwhile just to get another on your own dime. Rma's through china could take quite some time, and I would assume shipping back to them would be at your cost?

                Your customer service has contacted me, but i think its taking a bit of time to respond because of the timezone difference. Can you please authorize my return. I want to purchase a 2nd t428 at your sale price that you have right now. It will be over in 5.5 days!

                    I will send out my bad t428 according to your instructions and I will patiently wait for a returned t428.
