How to switch from Windows to Android OS on PiPO X9

Hi everybody,

I want to switch from Windows to Android on PiPO X9. I have seen on Win 10 of X9 have a software on the Desktop to do that, when I open this software, it will auto restart and switch to Android OS. But after I reset factory this X9, I don't see this software on the desktop. Where is it now? Do you know how to install this software? Thank for your help!
