As you seem to be in relation with the manufacturer of this boxes, can you try to get information on the fix applied in new batches to improve wifi signal strenght, please?

Mine is 20 feet from the router and gets a very poor signal, and it's even worse when using a paired bluetooth headset. If you can provide information on the fix, I could try to apply it on my box (I understand I'd loose the warranty), and I'll try to write a guide with pictures explaining how to apply the fix.

What is quite clear at the moment is that, despite the good potential of the chipset, we will wait a long time to achieve the functionality of a Raspberry Pi on this box... the passthrough issue is major for anyone owning a HomeTheatre decoder, and the lack of frequency adjustment means poor playback in most cases.

The box is at present acting as a dust collector on my desk, waiting for a custom firmware that can fix what at present seems unfixable....very sad.
