Is my Telos brick?

Watching a movie, then the box freeze I needed to unplug the power. Plug it in, now I got dark screen via hdmi. This is not hdmi cable since I have tried many different one to make sure it has nothing to do with the cable.
Is there any button on the box or any trick that I can hard reset?
Or trying usb tool to flash firmware is the last resource? Need to dig up for the usb male to male cable.

Sound like it got corrupted. Since you cannot get into recovery to try and erase /data and /cache yes you may be stuck flashing with the USB tool.

Note, I had 2 male to male USB cords and they did not work.
I had to cut apart 2 USB cables and make my own.
Tie green wire to green wire and white wire to white wire. Do not hook up black and red.

Thanks so muchnfor the info. Got the cable, flashing the box with stock firmware, then your custom one. Everything is fine.
