Looking for some Help/Ideas on a Tablet

Looking for some Ideas/Help on a RCA tablet with a MT8127.... Its model RCT6303W87DK and Trying to get the bootloader unlocked.

I can Flash most any of the different versions of its ROM with SPtools and it is rootable with KingRoot.... Fastboot does work.... The biggest problem is cant get ADB to work at all

Just looking for some Ideas on Anything to do to get ADB to work or unlocking the bootloader??

Yea everyone of us on the XDA thread are trying the same things.... we can root it and flash all kinds a roms and edit the .img files... just cant get ADB to work or get the bootloader to unlock.

the fastboot oem unlocks will bring up the menu but the volume rocker is disabled to select yes or no
