Resolution Problems on Vega S95 Pro

I got a problem with the Resolution of a Tronsmart S905 Pro. First everything works properly. I run 1080p a 60 Hz (a resolution my TV supports). I have to adjust the image size to 90% because the image is oversized on my TV. This works fine. So everything seems to be ok. But after a few minutes the homesreen image on my TV jumps to an oversize (ca. 130% my TV can display). A few mousemoves later it resizes again to the 90% i need. This happens randomly.
If i start Chrome or the built in webbrowser the image jumps to ioversize again after e few second. This does not dissapear like on the Homescreen. I have to close the Browser.
All this stuff never happens if i run KODI....
I already tried out different frequencies on 1080p but still the same problem. I run the latest Firmware. No change.
Is there anyone else expieriencing the same prob? Does anyone have an idea about it???

In your TV settings (not on the box), set it to 16:9 not "Just Scan" or "Set by Program".
Your TV is sensing a change and adjusting.
