Help - I need an .IMG file that i can use to usb burn tool. my i282 box has been trouble since day 1 - it came with missing power supply and remote, it;s had sync issues since day 1 with different tvs cables etc... the unit no longer syncs. I can not use a flash disk as i can't see the screen. when i use the usb burn utiliy i can still get a sucessful link so the uarts are still good. I am trying to get .img file for this puppy i have the 2 G / 8 G model.. Gearbest refused to send me new box, give me full refund etc... i have yet another ticket open requesting IMG file and still waiting to hear back.

Hi! Well, it has passed more than a year i had this issue. I deleted img file that was loaded into the box, but i think i used img file from M8S tv box. I remember that remote wouldn't work. I didn't managed to fixed the issue so gearbest provided me with full refund.
