Need RockChip Factory Tool Help + Backup & Restore

I need help from someone who has experience with the RockChip Factory Tool and knows how to make backup image of Rockchip device and restore Rockchip device.

I am willing to give some money for time if they can guide me step by step as I am very lost with this device. Can anybody who is familiar post or message me Skype username? Thank you.
