Rockchip back tool not working. If i RECOVER button on BOX and then plug in microUSB nothing happens.
Only when i plug in flash disk to BOX, so Windows see FlashDisk

You will have to try short-circuit between all the pins on the storage chip and then plug in power one by one or ask the manufacturer of your box.

You use a thin metal paperclip or metal pin between two contacts on the EMMC chip.
Micro USB plugged into the PC, flash tool running.
While holding the metal paperclip/pin between two contacts connect power adaptor to tv box.
It might make a little spark.
Then disconnect power again and try between the next two contacts and connect power again.
It might be between contacts 7-8 or 11-12.
If still not finding the correct contacts, try the contacts on the other side of the EMMC chip, there is a top and bottom side with contacts.
When you find the correct combination, the flash tool will say 'Mask ROM mode found' and have a blue or purple color.

i did it. i am in mask rom mode. but where can i download good firmware. now when i start box. i see only picture with android with exclamation.
i have box andoer cs_918 v 1.1. RK3128t with 2gb
