U1 resolution problems

I just received the device and even though it seems to work OK on one TV, it seems to have issues with my Sony bravia TV.

Essentially, the resolution get set to 720p and will never switch to 1080p.. When I go to the box settings and force 1080p/60hz it seems to work, but then Kodi (15,2 from play store) will only play the video in a shrunken corner (approx 720p size).. It will never play 1080p video properly on this TV.

Any tips?

FYI.. If you are thinking of buying this device, your better off with an mxiiig... Half the price and works well enough

Kind of agree

I have a ap6330 unbranded m8s what does exactly everything this does

Don't get me wrong I tweak these boxes to get them running sweet

But wasn't blown away even the fancy remote is 'challenging'


Basically better support is what separates these boxes
