whats the Plus in MK808b?

I realise that this might be an old question. But I havn't picked up my MK808b for years. It didn't boot up anymore and didn't have the time to check why. I might get it working soon though. But then I noticed that someone made Cyanogen MOD 12 for a MK808b Plus.... hang on... Plus?... keep in mind that I havn't been around for years... now I see "Plus"...

What is this Plus? A new model I guess... is there much difference? can the rom be made compatible? ... can anyone tell me more about the MK808b plus?

also... a quick question... if I can't get my MK808b working again... what stick would one recommand as a budget friendly Android TV stick? And where do I buy a real(no clone) one :

Hello, I don't own either, but if memory serves me, the non+ is a Rockchip dual-core(RK3066) vs the +'s Amlogic S805 quad core. Other differences may exist. The + variants can be found for as little as $20 at times. Clones exist.

Thank you, that helps. I guess that the best way to make sure I buy a real stick is to ask the seller a picture of the PCB.
These days I often use Netflix. How does the MK808B do on netflix? 720p is good, I'm not pixel hungry.
