Hello Freaks :-) Here again the Berlin Boy with broken English :-) Since I fell for the OTT M8 ( cloned ) , I ( unfortunately ) rather than a Minix U1 , 16GB chose the Tronsmart r68G and annoyed now. As I have read , there is no sound through SPDIF . :-( Does anyone have a solution or between an alternative firmware on hand ? Unfortunately I have no TV with SPDIF output and connect my digital devices directly with Toslink ( SPDIF ) on my Pioneer AC3 -Digital DTS receiver . Thank you. PS : there are currently all a few days at the manufacturer , an update or a neie firmware . If I install this , I have the previous uninstall , or is it enough if I simply play the new ? I have the r68100mb and have this same issue, I have posted a few times on their support forum and all I can do is hope that they resolve it, The only other option I can think of which we should have to do is to buy a HDMI splitter for around $20 which will extract the audio from the HDMI stream into the SPDIF but seems a waste of money and something extra to power.
