CS868 = Best device? 4k - A31 x4 - GPU x8 - 16gb nand...

CS868:

I saw a few comments about this device, is it good? I do not know which is better, if the A31 or RK3188 ...

I would buy to test CX-919, but after I saw this ...

I got it for $85 at deals prime. Video is superior to rk3188 devices in my opinion, xbmc runs much smoother as does Netflix. File and apps also seem to load quicker. Supposed to be able to handle 64gb sd cards but I have not tested. After trying 4 models, this and cx-919 were a toss up to me. I think the a31 chip may have better support at this point as rockchip has been stubborn and will not release source code which makes xbmc buggy on the cx-919 and other rk3188 sticks.

If your main use is video get the cs868

Also does the 4K player support 3D Or there is another video player for that?

It supposedly does support 3d video according to the specs but I haven't tested it

I did several tests in one, and so far I can say that the performance is equal to a dual core!
In AnTuTu, the score was 9300, my ug802 is 8300!
But looking at the details, the performance of the CPU and the GPU was worse than ug802 dual core!
What differed was the other items.


Well, the GPU was to be incredibly good, but ug802 got better!
The CPU was at least to be better than a dual core, but only for a few moments I saw more speed in android.


The performance footage was reasonable, but the price, ug802 is best for now.


Performance in adobe air / flash was worse than ug802, as I said above, the GPU reached in AnTuTu worse results than the dual core ug802 (mali)!


I was betting a lot on this device, a alternative ROM may be to help a bit, but the GPU was not very good, I do not know why.


I will do more tests and then put other things here.
