mistake with App Playstore

Hi ! I have a Tv box Android M8 I like this box it run good. sorry for my English langage.
This box are very good but I have a mistake with an App (Mytf1) for run replay Tv the App run good I can to choose and navigate don't freeze, but when I run a video ! the video run with song but under a black screen !!! Brrr I make all configuration but don't want to run good ! Do you know why ? Thank you :-)

Hmm..
Try shifting time bar.. try same movie twice (this some times work)

In most cases.. there is kodi addon that does work.... google : mythf1 kodi

If all fails.. you might need to do a firmware update..in hopes that this solves the issue

Hi ! Just for presision you said "try shifting bar" !
It's the menu bar andrroid in the down of screen.
I post in my shop and said it's the app don't manage the box Android
