PIPO X6s - public WiFi always on (even without OS-boot)

I recently bought a PIPO X6s, which unfortunately doesn't come with a manual. When plugged in (not even turned on), the PC always creates a public WiFi-Hotspot named "PIPO_AP", which i can't seem to configure anywhere. The WiFi-antenna also isn't detachable. Does anyone have the same/a similar device and can lead me into the right direction on how to configure/disable it?
    PIPO-Support doesn't understand my issue...

You can edit the settings of the router,
by logging into the wifi and going to the 192.168.1.1, the default login is admin/admin
    There you can change configuration
For even more configuration you can logging using telnet protocol to 192.168.1.1 (port 23 I think) then you can get to linux which is run on the router part.
(you can even invoke linux command from web gui, but the page is kind of hidden, I'll post the name to it soon)

Other information (I'll try to post a review later on):
    - ethernet ports are only for the router part (so the minipc connects to the router using wifi , there is no magic connection)
    - sata 2.0 disk (the one below) is only connected by a usb controller
    - the jack port is next wifi antena which means you get a bunch of noise in it (almost unusable)
    - it does 3840x2160@30Hz (or 4096x2160@24Hz) (the intel spec for z8300 was not clear on that)
    - It does not produce much noise (mostly it is quiet, and the fan is quiter then for instance BJ19)
    - The windows seems kind of legit (I extracted the key + reactivated it)

PS: Geekbuying (and some other site) did not post my somewhat negative review, and most of the reviews are from time when the device are not even shipped

is there any more info / any other how-to guides for this little box?

I'm struggling to see why they'd have TWO ethernet ports, but neither is usable as an ethernet port... it's sold as a mini-PC, not as a PC-router!!

FYI - I extracted the win10 key... then was struggling to reactivate it after I'd scrubbed the device down (removed all the PiPo recovery partitions, etc).... and Microsoft validated the key for me and pointed out that the reason it wasn't working was that I had installed the bottom single language version of win10 Home and the key was for a higher version.... after I'd "upgraded" to standard win10 Home, it activated fine.

I also used the powershell tool command line to extract all the drivers as I wasn't confident of Pipo releasing all the drivers!!

xdog - do you have any idea how to factory reset the router settings - I was trying to lock it down... and managed to set an empty allowed whitelist, which still leaving the AP active

Ideally I just want the stupid WiFi switched off 100%, no access point, no WiFi client... I just want it to stop creating WiFi noise pollution and for it to plug into the Gigabit switch 6 inches behind it, not one of the already overloaded WiFi access points 3 feet away or indeed the less heavily used ones 20 feet and 35 feet away...
