Can anyone identify this? Need stock firmware.

Looking for stock firmware for this box. It's being sold by a larger seller that set's up KIOSKS in the malls here. My brother bought it and I want to get rid of the crap rom they have on it and replace it with something basic. Believe it is an MXQ?

Hoping for what was stock on this box, from the looks of it I believe this might be an Acemax MXQ?
