Need help Acemax RK8 - Can't upgrade firmware

I'm using a RK8 at this link: http://www.acemax.net.cn/droid-world...v-box-140.html . Yesterday, i did factory reset on Its App, and it couldn't start again. Then i tried to flash some firmware, but i always get this eror (Failed to mount, Can't mount...) after showing boot logo I tried wasser Rom, Liamstears Rom and many others but it still the same. I have Official OTA Rom but i can't update by Adb sideload because of the "Can't mount" error . Could you guys give me a solution . Clearly picture: http://i.imgur.com/slwei5y.jpg

what about a Firmware on SD,for Boot from SD?? ,or Maskrom Mode,but i only have a RK3288 Device.

I think Acemax use locked bootloaders according to their website.
So it's going to be very difficult or impossible to install other firmware on it.

Thank you for your reply. Is there anyway to flash their firmware (OTA zip file) ? I can't flash it via ADB sideload. Is it possible to convert zip to img file ?
