Help Please..M8 S802 stuck on mbox logo.

Hi can anyone help please.

I have been given an OTT M8 Box from a friend but its stuck on the mbox logo.

I have tried holding down the pin then pluging in power but it just goes back to mbox logo after the m8 logo.

Tried pin with an SD card with mbox firmware on it but just loads to the mbox logo.

It's like the reset button isn't working but its deff clicking down... Just to add the blue led at the front comes on as normal.

Any idea what's up?

you need to use the right recovery.img can you give more details what your friend did to get to this boot logo recycle and can you take picture of your board?
