Beelink x2 after software update kodi is removed

Has anyone else notice that. As beelink released a new update for this model kodi is always removed when it reboots and needs to be reinstalled again
I always remove the stock version that's on it when new. Then I installed the latest version and it works just fine. . Then when beelink release a new update it install , reboots and removes kodi . All my other apps stay that I load in . Its just kodi
I have 6 units and all do the same

Was your the stock kodi or did you remove the stock version and load in a newer version kodi
