    won't turn on

i took my hph nt-v6 offline to flash w/ mo's latest, but now it won't turn on. anyone got any tips? i tried three different power supplies two receptacles and two monitors. seems like this has happened before, but just before i panic and make this post it always comes back to life. this time its been over a day of death. is it dead this time?

looking for any tips to bring this back to life, like jtag flash, or push to reset while holding power and plugging in for x number of seconds. any tips would be appreciated, i love my hph but i think ill just get a minix if i am forced to buy another box, since it seems like a better build.

Hmmm i know with most 3288 device power supply not needed to flash if you have in the ota port and hit reset pin before plugging in ota to pc it should see it.

i don't know if that is true for this model or not, but i am pretty sure its dead for real this time. It is a very sad day, one of the first hph nt-v6 4G/32GB of the second run ever is officially dead.

its burning up, on the board a couple of inches in, and around the power supply area so hot that it can burn skin. I figure where there is that much heat there is a massive problem. now if only i had a hot air soldering station, digital microscope and a FLIR thermometer gun, i would have a decent chance of fixing it.
