No nav bar no notify bar on lollipop

How do I get notification bar and status bar to appear? Also no back and home Keyes
Big issue for me, any advice would be great.

maybe disabled via the build.prop if rooted use file manger to enable it to true or add teh line

If it is like my eny em95 I had to take systemui.apk from another ROM
