Multiple languages on t428 with Logitech k400 keyboard

Hey!
First of all, great forum and thanks a lot for all the info!

Hope I'm not repeating another thread.
I got the t428 and paired it with k400 without any problems. But when I'm trying to type in languages other then English (Hebrew and Russian in this case) the virtual keyboard shows the right characters, but when I hit any key a Latin letter comes out on the screen.
If I use the touchpad and click on the virtual keyboard I do get the correct letters.
I installed another keyboard, Smart Keyboard Pro, it didn't help.

It's pretty annoying to type this way

Is there a fix for this issue?

try external keyboard helper. Paid app but worth it

Did you have the Section Physical Keyboard under Settings ?
If yes you need only a new Language File.
If not try the Medion Keyboard App from Play Store it is free.

Thanks for your help, guys.
I want to flash it with the latest ROM first and then try your suggestions
