Firmware backup

I would like to backup the existing FW and all user datas on my Nexbox Z68 (RK3368), just incase I need to go back before I flash the new FW.
Where can I obtain the software to backup entire FW include user data?

Install TWRP custom recovery and backup your data to external SD Card or USB stick.
Using TWRP you can backup your system and boot partitions as well.

Do you have your original firmware as flashable version ?
If so you just need to backup your data and internal_sd partitions -> your personal data, apps and settings.

if you have no TWRP installed yet, inside the TWRP download folder is the rockchip flash tool with previous TWRP version.
