Help please mxq pro box

Hi people new to the forum and the mxq box really
Set up the box yesterday on the TV down stairs, decided to take the box up stairs to watch something in bed and now when I start it up it's asking me for a password..?
I never set a password
How do I get round this as I can't access anything on the box?
