Help finding an OEM rom

I have a new tablet. Its currently stuck on bootscreen. It goes as far as android screen for coule of mins then reboots again. I suspect its corrupted firmware. Have tried the reset button on back with no success. Im looking for a suitable rom to try reflashing the tablet.

9" Capacitive touch Screen
CPU: IMAPX820 Dual Core 1.6GHz

Same problem after density change

Hello i have the same issue after density change, with the same tablet, could not findhard factory reset on this tablet, so am looking for a rom to use it with livesuit.

I was able to get some help and they provided me with this link http://www.ele-china.com/soft/tablet/9inch/DualCore/ which as all instructions in chinese so now this a new challange.

try this translated doc, i tried it and it worked but the touch screen wont work, and trying to fix it, also please do let me know if it works for you and does the touch screen work or no.

This software is placed in "iuw_2.0.15a_beta_20121106" folder.
Click on the menu bar, the new features (New):
File->New->New IUS button is clicked:

I get a "template is not usable" error. Any ideas what this is about and how to fix it?

Ok. I found out what was causing the IUW error. The .EXE does not work with a 64bit pc. Installed it on a 32bit pc and it worked fine.

So i completed the process and then installed on tablet. Now it boots and then similar to yourself the touchscreen does not work....

Now to get my hands on different firmware. Have you had any luck since?

Have you had any luck with fixing your tablet since?
I have been onto factory since and they are insisting the firmware you linked to should work, but obviously we know that it does not.
Wonder does any other tablet have compatable firmware?

No luck yet, this is the company that sold this tablet to me Shenzhen Ele Technology Ltd. Contacted them as i tried it on my second tablet just to see if its the hardware or software issue and same issue so its the software, my last one is still safe as have not updated yet, the person i am chatting with told me to wait for few days as she has contacted the factory to see if she can get any answers.

Did you buy this tablet from aliexpress i would suggest you also try to contact the seller so they would know that more people are calling with this issue and maybe we can get a fix, mean while i'll continue to investigate.

Hi, i think i got the solution to this i had a dout it was an issue related to the drivers, so this is what i tried and it worked on both my tablets, after you unzip the oem files there ia a file named items.itm open it in notepad++ or i think any text editor should work,
goto line 226 #touch screen
change line 227 #ts.model auto --> ts.model auto
change line 228 ts.model gslx680 --> #ts.model gslx680
and save this file and follow the steps to create the sccard using IUW from the document if the sccard has already been prepared using diskman else follow the whole guide, and that should do it.

Thanks very much for that. I done as you stated above and reloaded firmware. It worked for me too. Now have 2 working tablets again. Your Help is very much appreciated.
