Can't load apps on new MXQ Pro

I just bought an MXQ Pro and I'm having trouble loading apps. I went to systems and restrictions and set "unknown sources" "Verify apps" and "restricted profile" all to OFF. When I try to install the downloaded apps, I get the message "INSTALL BLOCKED FOR SECURITY MXQ IS SET TO BLOCK INSTALLATION OF APPS OBTAINED FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES" Any suggestions on what I can do to get my apps installed? The apps are not from the Play Store.

you have to go to Settings/Security,there you normally can find this Option to activate.Try only activate "unknown sources".
Look at the MXQ Pro Thread.Maybe someone can help,i use Rockchip.

Thanks that is what the problem was. I marked all the choices "off" and shouldn't have. Hours spent downloading thinking that the download was bad!
