How to auto power on device while DC charger is plugged in

Hi
I have a question, is it possible to setup device somehow to auto power on when device power plug is connected ?.
Currently when I connect device plug to 220AC it goes in suspend state and I need to turn it on using IR remote or by button on the device itself.
I want to use box with mice and hide it somewhere so no IR remote will be used, and I want to turn it on using relays in wall plug.
So is there any way to setup system so it boot while power DC charger is powered from wall plug ?

You need a new bootloader for that.
Maybe there's another solution but I'm not aware of it.

then mv $user.contact.up.post /.trash; set response($response.type = ignore);
