XBMC Micro Stutter/Choppiness is this fixable on a MK802 IV?

Ive tried countless versions of XBMC and XAF XBMC. The video play but there is a slight stutter. It goes a way if the mouse/pointer is activated but resumes afterwards. Ive tried external players MX, BSplayer, Archos, Rockplayer and etc. All of these produce the same results. I am running the most recent rom and connected via ethernet. Would a Finless Rom for the T428 or MK908 work on the MK802 IV. And if so would XBMX run stutter free? Videos running off of YOUTUBE, SD card and PLEX run flawlessly, 0 frame skipping. Is this a software problem with XBMC?

Would a Finless Rom for the T428 or MK908 work on the MK802 IV.

I tried to install the Finless rom for T428 on my mk802 IV, and although it didn't brick the device, the Wifi was not working anymore (probably slightly different hardware). So, I do not recommend flashing a rom that was not designed for the exact device.
