Audio problems on my Vega S95 meta!!"HELP PLS"!!

Hi everyone on here,just bought a vega s95 meta and iam having problems with very low volume output on my meta s905 ,my tv volume is set 100 max and stil not very loud,same with the soundbar,my soundbar is JBL SB200 i use set ro max volume on soundbar but still low??any help pls .. much appreciated...thank..

Just asking did you turn up sound on the device to max? And turn sound settings to passthrough or hdmi if thats the mode?

Yes i have set the volume on tv and soundbar to max level..i havent tried setting to hdmi or passthrough..volume on device is maximum as well..i just dont get why volume or sound is so low??im using spmc 16.2.1 ....i will keep testing whats wrong...might firmware issue maybe...any links to an updated firnmware...thanks for replying
