amlogic 8726 mx v1.1 tv box stuck on start screen wont go on recovery mode

I kept reading articles of how to unbrick your box , but they all give the same instruction, get in the recovery menu and upload the files.
On this box I have tried more than 20 times the same thing but its stuck.

I would appreciate some help if possible please.
