MX III s812 amlogic 2g ram/8g ROM ; Any logs associated with uart

Hello!
I'm trying to unlock a android BOX holder with the red light.
Received this advice, I bought an adapter serial/usb
to attach the box with connecting UART.
I took the advice of Ballz2k7, but does not exit any logs with putty
or hyperterminal.
Does anyone know what to do?
My first question was this. Help me please, or tell me if you can't save.

I have the same problem (when i connect tx or rx i get something on putty terminal and when i connet tx and rx and gnd i dont see log on putty).I have search many forum and aparanty the nand memory is demaged.You need to replace nand chip.
