Generally speaking regarding amlogic devices
All 8gb nand/emmc versions.. have 1GB ram
And
All 16GB nand/emmc versions have 2Gb ram

That actually doesn't mean anything.
I had a mini m8s (amlogic s905) with 2GB ram and 8 emmc. Real 2GB, with 4 memory chips on the board. I have seen others with the same configuration.
I know you said "generally speaking" but that just means that there are exceptions and it's impossible to take guesses.
