Heatsink installation

I can't find the pics again where to install the heatsinks. I see a large black rectangle, I see the other smaller chip that i put one on. And there is a smaller chip yet, all on the same side? I installed 2 on the large black rectangle but don't think that was right, I know someone said 3 was what i need.
