Unsupported 3g dongle

Hello everyone!
Sorry for my english.
I have Х5 Finless 1.2b ROM and usb modem huawei 321s. It seems to me, it is same as huawei 303, which is contained in the list of supported.
When I insert it in usb port, i have no connection with "regular means". Icon in status bar icon appears and disappears.
With PPP widget i have connection, and determine ports on which it is running, and other necessary parameters.
Further, the instructions advise to edit file 3G_dongle.cfg, but on a device this file is not present, apparently there is something that it replaces.
Tell me where and what I should look.

Hi i have the same problem on another rk3066 board and i can't switch to another ROM because of wifi drivers.
Any suggestion or help? PLZ it's important

PS: the kernel is 3.0.8 and rom 4.1.1 , i tried with fineles ROM 2.1 for mk808b it works very well but cant' make it work on my ROM

usb_modeswitch is working perfect and i have ttyusb0 wich is the right port for modem

dmesg don't show errors but the icon is appearing and disappearing each 20-30 secs

i guess there is a broken apk on the ROM

3 g dongle work great with finless 1.3 rom from bob
and i try also stock latest fw for minix,works great
i tested with huawei e303 modem,good luck
