Z4 Not working

After I turn the button on, the blue light will come up for about 10 sec, then it will shut of and the red light comes. No signal show up on the TV!

If you have the Z4 (2/16gb) and not Z4L (different memory/wifi), use any one of these (preferably modded) latest firmwares:
