Android Box to clone Samsung Tab - So TV Apps will play

In regards to getting certain Apps to play on our Android Boxes
Apps that lock you out if you are not a portable device and detect a HDMI port etc.

Is there an Android Box on the market that is essentially Samsung Tab hardware yet has a HDMI port?
Or, is there a way to clone this situation or at least use a ROM that would trick the Playstore into thinking your box is as such?

I know in the passed, some ROMs have come up as Nexus 10 in the Playstore, thus it would let you download the App from Playstore
But then it might not play as the Hardware is different (i'm guessing)

So as there are so many people now requesting;

"Can i play Foxtel Go, or HBO Go" or any of these type services"
Which seem to look for HDMI or Mirroring services

Has there ever been an Android Box made that is essentially a Samsung Tab in a box with HDMI?
(or any common brand for that matter)

At least then we only have to get around the HDMI issue

Sounds like "Market helper" might do the trick for you, lets you spoof the play store into thinking your hw is one of a half doz or so common phone/tablets http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2146216
