Video Play problems (netflix Loading..., Vudu no HD or HDX, etc.)

I have problems playing video using the Netflix app. The app always seems to work OK, up to the point where I actually play a video. Then it just goes black with a red busy circle and "Loading...".
When I tried Vudu today, it refused to play at HD and HDX resolution. At SD I could hear the audio, but black screen video.
Other apps work. Kodi, Youtube, TED, etc.

You update the ota firmware? Just asking. I had issues with some codex streams checking into manufactures response to geekbuying on them getting feed back.

I did update the firmware. I've tried
QBOX-2+8-8723-0614.zip
The QBOX-0610-zip.zip is for p200_2G, mine is p202_2G .
Even QBOX-20160509.zip for sunvell-q-box-tv-box-20160512 which didn't install.
At this point I'm not even sure that my device really is a p202_2G, maybe I just loaded the wrong firmware and confused it?
Trying again with the suggested firmware.
Well, it seems to be working!! I can use Netflix and the Wireless. Do you know if this firmware is "from scratch" or just updates certain things?
