I have Tronsmmart Rk3066

With custom kernal, and running on 4.1.1.

Problem is, Once i put power to the device, he goes to bootup, With Dark etc etc, then loses singal.

tired 3 different tv, same problem.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean but possibly you have flashed a 1080p ROM but your TVs don't support 1080p resolution?

Basically with my 3066 mini tv I plug in my mini hdmi cable, to my 1080p tv, used all my 4 ports also and I still have the same problem.

once I plug in the power, it will boot up to the kernel screen,2dark then some picture right over it about freak tab , then it shrinks, then my screen goes dark and it says no signal. Last night it worked but when I turn my tv on today it was black screen. I took out the power 100 times too and used a different hdmi cord

I think you should try it with other power supply (Example: if your machine power supply is 5V 1A, change it to 5V, 2A or more).
