try to flash only the kernel of your Rom when Wifi,BT dont work,and resource.img for remote control.

if u still have Problems with FW ask Oma from(arctablet/crewrktablets.com),maybe she/he can help.Oma makes many RKRoms and they have many FW,kernels & other stuff there.
