t428 not connecting.

Hi just git my t428 today. Hooked everything up but the wifi won't connect. I set the router to a channel not auto, still nothing. It says authenticating for 3 or 4 mins then it says avoided poor connection. Im pretty close to the router an the icon in the settings shows 4 bars, says signal strength is excellent but nothing. Not sure what else to try.

HI scoobywrx99,

in setting where you choose your network, click the top right settings menu, click advanced, there is an option to allow poor connetions. Hope that helps.

I messed around for three hours last night. I found an android forum where someone suggested to change the router setting com wpa/wpa2 to just wpa2. I did that tonight and it worked. I still have poor speed so I'm going try the sub connector. Thanks for the tip.
